深圳公司解异常要如何操作

企业的异常情况主要分为两种，一种是工商异常，另一种是税务异常。如果被列入异常名录了，那么要根据具体的原因解除异常。

一、

工商异常

列入工商异常的原因包括没有进行工商年报或者地址失联。

1、

未按时年报

如果没要按照规定进行工商年报或者信息公示，那么可以在补报期限内进行补报年度报告并公示之后向工商部门申请移除异常；

如果企业在公示企业信息的时候隐瞒了真是情况导致被纳入工商异常名录，那么要在更正公示信息之后申请移除。

2、

地址失联

如果是地址失联的企业，要按照法律要求办理变更登记才可以申请移出异常名录。

二、

税务异常

企业被列入税务异常的原因有税务逾期和非正常户两种情况。

1、

如果因为税务逾期导致工商异常的，需要及时去窗口补税以及办理违章，然后申请移除异常名录。

2、

非正常户：一般情况下税务局会要求提供红本租赁合同、租金发票、物业单据以及近三个月的水电费发票等材料进行办理。
